Simple, fair returns. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer within 5–7 business days. For returns that are not due to a fault on our side, return shipping is paid by the customer.
